At UpawNest, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used pet cleaning products
- Opened consumable products
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, UpawNest will cover the return shipping costs.
Customers should not return products to the address shown on the package. Please contact our customer support first to obtain the correct return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
